<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage module capable of efficiently exhausting gas generated in power storage cells from gas exhaust holes. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of power storage cells are laminated. A holding mechanism applies the compressive force to the power storage cells in the lamination direction and holds the power storage cells. Each of the power storage cells includes: an electrode region where an anode and a cathode are overlapped; and a frame region which surrounds the electrode region when viewed by the eyes parallel to the lamination direction, and which is thinner than the electrode region.
