<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutant coleopteran luciferase having high luciferase activity and a proper K<SB POS="POST">M</SB>value and an excellent intracellular ATP concentration measuring method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the mutant coleopteran luciferase, Michaelis constant KM to the ATP is 0.3 mM or more and k<SB POS="POST">cat</SB>is the value of 50% or more of k<SB POS="POST">cat</SB>of a wild type coleopteran luciferase or the same before introducing mutation when analyzing enzymatic reaction by a model of Michaelis Menten. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
