<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device and a power supply system using the same capable of leveling user's electric power demand. <P>SOLUTION: In a power supply control device and a power supply system, a power measurement part 15 measures an input power to be supplied from a commercial power supply 1 to users. A power control part 14 controls a recharge/discharge of a rechargeable battery 13 and power supply to a load apparatus 12 in response to a control command from a command part 16. The power control part 14 converts AC power supplied from the commercial power supply 1 into DC power to recharge the battery 13 and converts DC power discharged from the battery 13 into AC power to supply the power to the load apparatus 12. When the measurement result of the input power measured with the power measurement part 15 exceeds a prescribed threshold value, the command part 16 outputs a control command for allowing the battery 13 to discharge power to the load apparatus 12 of user's home, and when the measurement result of the input power falls below the threshold value, the command part 16 outputs a control command to recharge the battery 13 by the commercial power 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
