<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of adjusting brightness of an LED for indicating an operational state or an LED for lighting an operation button, through a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A backlight LED 17 irradiates a liquid crystal display 1 with light from behind. Button LEDs 3a-3c irradiate an operation button provided in a display device with light when power of the display device is turned on. A status indicating LED 2 performs light irradiation only when the power of the display device is turned on. A touch pad 13 receives an input of a brightness set point. A light source control unit 99 adjusts brightness of the status indicating LED 2 and the button LEDs 3a-3c in conjunction with the brightness adjustment of the backlight LED 17, based on the brightness set point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
