<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean booth by which a large space can be constructed and which can be arranged at any position. <P>SOLUTION: The clean booth 1 is installed in a clean room and has an inner space S. The clean booth 1 is provided with a pair of booth bodies 10 provided along the inner space S, and a partition part 20 for partitioning the inner space S and the outside. The booth body 10 is provided with a casing 11, a sock duct 12 extended from the upper part of the casing 11 to the inner space S side, and an air purifier 13 provided within the casing 11 to enhance air cleanliness of air taken from the outside for supplying the resultant to the sock duct 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
