<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, though it becomes clear that fibrocyte, or bone marrow-derived leukocyte cell having an ability to produce collagen, involves in a progressing process of the fibrillation of various internal organs such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and skin, and draws attention, it is still unclear how the fibrocyte involves in the fibrillation of the various internal organs. <P>SOLUTION: Hence it was found that fibrocyte in the kidney involves in the progress of the nephropathy, the method for determining the progress of the nephropathy uses the fibrocyte as a marker. It was found that the density of the fibrocyte in the peripheral blood correlates with the interstitial pneumonia due to collagen diseases, so that an examination method for the interstitial pneumonia due to collagen diseases is found using the fibrocyte as the marker, and renal fibrillation inhibitor containing propagermanium is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
