CONNECTION MEMBER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member to be connected to an electroconductive fabric; a method for manufacturing the same; an electroconductive fabric; and a connection structure provided with a connection member connected to the electroconductive fabric.

SOLUTION: The connection member 10 comprises: a belt-like portion 11 to which a conductive wire 111 is provided so as to extend in a longitudinal direction; and a connecting terminal 12 attached to an end of the conductive wire 111. The method for manufacturing the connection member comprises: a weaving step of weaving an original belt-like member 2 by using a conductive wire 21 in a part of a warp and at least nonconductive yarn as a weft; an exposure step of baring a conductive wire at an end of the original belt-like member 2 and exposing the wire; and a terminal attaching step of attaching the connecting terminal 12 to the exposed conductive wire (an exposed portion 211 of the conductive wire). The connection structure is also disclosed in which the conductive wire of the connection member is electrically connected to electroconductive yarn exposed from an end of the electroconductive fabric.
