<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a front and rear suction and exhaust system for cooling airflow, improve cooling reliability and part reliability, and suppress the height of an electronic apparatus in the electric apparatus that has circuit board units on which semiconductor elements are mounted, cooling units, and power supply units and allows those components to be inserted or removed from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: Cooling units are disposed on the front surface side and the rear surface side of an electronic apparatus 100, and a wind direction adjustment plate is installed in the electronic apparatus 100.
