Provided is a process for catalytic cracking naphtha coupled with methanol using a modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst. Said process includes co-feeding methanol with naphtha to react on the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst for producing low-carbon alkene and/or aromatic hydrocarbon. In said process, said modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst includes 25-80 wt. % ZSM-5 molecular sieve, 15-70 wt. % an agglomerant, and 2.2-6.0 wt. % lanthanum as well as 1.0-2.8 wt. % phosphorus carried on said ZSM-5 molecular sieve. In said naphtha, saturated linear alkanes are 63.8-89.5 wt. %, and cycloalkane are 5.6-29.8 wt. %. Naphtha and methanol simultaneously pass through a catalyst bed and contact with the catalyst to react under the following reaction conditions: the reaction temperature is 550-670?, the mass ratio of methanol to naphtha is 0.05-0.8, and the total mass space speed of naphtha and methanol is 1.0-5h-1. |
