HIGH FUNCTIONALIZED STYRENE-BUTADIENE COPOLYMER WITH REACTIVE POLYOL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A styrene- butadiene copolymers which is functionalized with reactive polyol and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve anti-wearing characteristic and to apply to industrial materials such as snow tires, belts, and hoses. CONSTITUTION: A styrene- butadiene copolymers which is functionalized with reactive polyol is selected from a group consisting of compounds represented by following chemical formulas 1-3. In the chemical formula 1 -3, o indicates 0.1-0.5, p indicates 0.40-0.85, q indicates 0.01-0.10. o + p + q = 1, n indicates respectively 1-100. R1 indicates hydrogen or hydroxyethyl group, R2 indicates hydrogen or CH3. A silica composite combines the functional styrene-butadiene copolymer with silica. The silica composite is industrial material for tire, hose, or belt.
