PURPOSE: Martensite stainless steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain martensite stainless steel with high corrosion resistance and superior workability while including a high content of carbon. CONSTITUTION: Martensite stainless steel with high corrosion resistance comprises carbon of 0.45-0.60 weight%, nitrogen of 0.02-0.08 weight%, silicon of 0.1-0.4 weight%, manganese of 0.3-0.6 weight%, chrome of 12-5 weight%, molybdenum of 0.1-1.5 weight%, and iron and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.
