The present invention discloses an alarming method for software fault of semiconductor device, which comprises: implementing the collection to real time data of a field semiconductor device by using a real time data collection monitoring module in a real time data server; implementing the alarm configuration to the said real time data; implementing the configuration of the preset value of alarm to form an alarm monitoring list; implementing an alarm information calculation to the said real time data and data of said alarm monitoring list; establishing an alarm information list and storing the said list to an alarm information buffer and an alarm information database; implementing the procession of the alarm information which is stored in the alarm information buffer to get resume information, sending the said resume information to an alarm control module by a real time alarm information interface and integrating it on an interface; straightly sending the said alarm information in the said alarm information database to the alarm control module by a history alarm information interface and integrating it on the interface. The method can enable correct alarm of the software fault of semiconductor device, and satisfy the technical demand for the producing process of semiconductor apparatus.
