ALCOHOLIC SOLVENT FOR IMPROVING LYOCELL FILAMENT PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an industrial lyocell filament fiber is provided to enhance fatigue tolerance level in case of using a tire cord. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an industrial lyocell filament comprises: a step of spinning a dope for lyocell spinning through a spinnneret; a step of passing the filament through a solidifying bath(4); and a step of washing, pre-drying and drying the filament. The solidifying solution is an alcohol solution containing 20-40 wt% of and 80-60 wt% of alcohol and water, respectively. The alcohol is methanol, isopropanl, or methanol.
