PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition capable of forming a cured product, such as films, which has high hardness, is excellent in durability to solvents, and is excellent also in adhesivity to various types of base materials and conformability thereto, and the composition being excellent in workability and storage stability.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the urethane resin composition which comprises: an urethane resin (A) having a functional group [X] with reactivity to an epoxy group and a hydrolyzable silyl group and/or silanol group; a compound (B) having two or more epoxy groups; alkoxysilane (C1) and/or hydrolysis condensate thereof (C2); and solvent (D), and the cured product obtained by using the same.
