<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial agent composition for a fishing net containing no toxic heavy metal, exhibiting sufficiently satisfactory antimicrobial characteristics, and maintaining its effect in seawater over the long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The antimicrobial agent composition for a fishing net includes: a quaternary ammonium salt (A) represented by general formula (1); and an emulsion resin (B). In the formula: R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>are each independently a 1-24C alkyl group or 2-24C alkenyl group; R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is a 6-24C alkyl group or alkenyl group, 7-24C arylalkyl group, or 8-22C arylalkenyl group; f is an integer of 1 or 2; X<SP POS="POST">f-</SP>is one or more f-valent counter ions selected from the group consisting of a halogen ion, a hydroxyl ion, a sulfate ion and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
