<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stretched polybutylene terephthalate resin sheet, by which a polybutylene terephthalate resin before stretching which has ≥15% crystallinity is stretched and easily formed without suppressing the crystallinity of the polybutylene terephthalate resin before stretching. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the stretched polybutylene terephthalete resin sheet includes: arranging a polybutylene terephthalate resin sheet (glass transition temperature Tg (°C)) having ≥15% and <50% crystallinity between a pair of first and second restraining members; and draw-strethcing the polybutylene terephthalate resin sheet through the first and second restraining members. Each of the temperature of the polybutylene terephthalate and the first and second restraining members is controlled to ≥(Tg-40)°C and ≤(Tg+100)°C and the draw ratio is controlled to ≥2 times and ≤8 times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
