<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift valve in which the position of a valve element can be detected optically in succession. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid control valve includes: a light emitting part 22 which emits light; a light receiving part 24 which is provided to face the light emitting part and detects the amount of light received from the light emitting part 22; and the valve element 10 which opens and closes a flow path. The valve element 10 or a light blocking part 12 affixed to the valve element 10 moves in a direction crossing a space between the light emitting part 22 and the light receiving part 24 with the opening and closing by the valve element 10, the amount of the light received from the light emitting part 22 by the light receiving part 24 is changed according to the position of the valve element 10, and the position of the valve element 10 is detected on the basis of the amount of the light received by the light receiving part 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
