摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical injection molding device for low melting point metal glass which is inexpensive, has durability and also can securely obtain an amorphous structure. <P>SOLUTION: The injection molding device for low melting point metal glass includes: a circular tube 1 made of stainless steel and charged with the small pieces of the low melting point metal glass in which components are regulated; a heater 3 fitted to the lower part of the circular tube and performing PID control while heating the small pieces of the low melting point metal glass to a melting point or above; an injection nozzle 5 made of stainless steel, mounted at the lower edge of the circular tube attachably/detachably and injecting the molten low melting point metal glass; and a mold 7 with molten metal receiving holes 8, made of copper, arranged at the lower part of the injection nozzle and also cooling the low melting point metal glass injected from the injection nozzle to be solidified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
