<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ABS actuator attaching bracket for a vehicle, capable of protecting the electronic control unit of the ABS actuator and preventing the electronic control unit from being broken, with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The ABS actuator attaching bracket 12 for a vehicle for attaching an ABS actuator 3 to a car body includes a protective cover 12B disposed oppositely to the electronic control unit 3a of the ABS actuator 3 to cover it. The protective cover 12B is disposed in a position between the electronic control unit 3a of the ABS actuator 3 and a strut tower 8 (car body or other component) and in a position separated from the electronic control unit 3a of the ABS actuator 3 in a cross direction.
