VEHICLE PRESENCE NOTIFICATION APPARATUS, CONTROL DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a vehicle presence notification apparatus which allows a target person to be notified to easily determine that a vehicle is brought into a stop state from a traveling state, to provide a processing device, and to provide a program.

SOLUTION: The vehicle presence notification apparatus 1 is mounted in a vehicle 5 so as to notify the presence of the vehicle 5. The apparatus includes: a vehicle-speed sensor 10 for detecting the vehicle speed of the vehicle 5; a sound source 120 for outputting a signal with regard to a prescribed notification sound; a control device 11 that controls so as to allow the sound source 120 to output the signal when detecting that the vehicle 5 is brought into a stop state from a traveling state on the basis of the vehicle speed; and a sound generator 13 for generating the prescribed notification sound on the basis of the signal.
