<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope holding device which can stably hold an endoscope in a body cavity even if the body cavity has a complicated shape like a nasal cavity for example. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope holding device 10 includes a holding member 11 formed into a tube and capable of holding an endoscope insertion portion 21 inserted into the interior, and a holding member fixing balloon 12 arranged on the outside periphery of the holding member 11 and expanding and contracting in the radial direction of the holding member 11.
