<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creep damage diagnosis device capable of properly diagnosing creep damage in a welded part of a piping system and allowing an inspection operator to easily understand the degree of creep damage in the welded part of the piping system. <P>SOLUTION: A creep damage diagnosis device comprises a piping system model creation part 61 which creates a piping system model, a piping system analyzing part 64 which analyzes the piping system model to calculate the bending moment, a welded part model creation part 62 which creates a welded part model, a welded part analyzing part 65 which imparts the bending moment to the welded part model for analysis to calculate the stress, grain boundary model creation means which creates a grain boundary model, a creep damage analyzing part 66 which imparts the stress to the grain boundary model for analysis to calculate the creep damage, and a display part 53 which displays the degree of the creep damage calculated by the creep damage analyzing part 66 in an identifiable manner across the piping system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
