<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged arc welding apparatus and a one-side welding apparatus which can easily trace and analyze causes of any welding failure by simultaneously recording the welding situation and the situation of the apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The submerged arc welding apparatus includes a welding torch 25, a welding traveling truck 20, a traveling rail 10, a welding power source 27, a sensor 26, a welding control means 21, a travel-driving means 22, and a copy-driving means 23. The welding control means 21 includes a drive instruction unit 212 which instructs the drive of the welding traveling truck 20 in the groove longitudinal direction to the travel-driving means 22, and instructs the drive of the welding traveling truck 20 in the groove width direction to the copy-driving means 23 according to the groove position detected by the sensor 26, and a writing part 215 which writes the measured values of the traveling distance, the welding current and the welding voltage in association with one another, and writes the traveling distance and the copying position in association with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
