摘要 The present invention is a "multiple-molecular-recognition-type bioluminescent system", wherein a target cell is transformed using an expression vector for a single-molecule-type bioluminescent probe containing a gene for a transcription factor such as a nuclear receptor in advance, and subsequently "a primary response" in which the action of an endogenous transcription factor is induced in response to the stimulation by a ligand of interest to express the bioluminescent probe is measured and then the emission of light ("a secondary response") in which the same ligand is bound to the expressed bioluminescent probe to induce the structure change in the probe so that an N-terminal-side part and a C-terminal-side part of a lighting enzyme, which has been separated into the N-terminal-side part and the C-terminal-side part, can be bonded to each other again is measured. The system can be applied to a biological sample as a biological analysis method for examining an action of a molecule in a cell, and can exhibit advantageous propertie, i.e., high detection sensitivity, high selectivity, a high S/N ratio and a rapid response time.
