PURPOSE: A container for blood centrifuge is provided to maintain the pressure of a sealed interior space at the atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: A container for blood centrifuge comprises an upper case(33), a lower case(47), an elevation cap(49), a protective cap, a flow path opening and closing unit(25), a first check valve(49r), a second check valve, and inhalation tubes(41,43). The upper case is formed in a cylinder shape and is equipped with a sealing cap fixed on the top thereof. The lower case is screw-combined a bottom of the upper case. The elevation cap is screw-combined a bottom of the lower case. The protective cap is inserted into the top of the sealing cap and protects a connection unit and a pressure regulator. The first check valve is installed in the elevation cap and is opened by external force. The flow path opening and closing unit opens or closes the through hole of the upper case. The second check valve is opened by external force. The top end of the inhalation tube is mounted in the second check valve and is downwardly extended in the longitudinal direction.
