<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device and input method according to which production cost is reduced and the device is downsized while press information showing a load of pressing is calculated. <P>SOLUTION: An input device includes an operation part pressed by a user, a first resistance film and a second resistance film facing each other, a measurement section for measuring a potential difference between first potential of one end of contact resistance between the first resistance film and the second resistance film and second potential of the other end of the contact resistance, and a detection section for calculating press information showing a load of the pressing based on the measured potential difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
