<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises a laminate body formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers containing a first ceramic dielectric powder and surrounded, sequentially, by a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface and a fourth side surface, a first internal electrode pattern and a second internal electrode pattern formed on the plurality of dielectric layers to be led out, respectively, to the first side surface and third side surface of the laminate body facing each other, and a first side and a second side formed on the second and fourth side surfaces of the laminate body, respectively, and containing a second ceramic dielectric powder having a particle diameter smaller than that of the first ceramic dielectric powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
