摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement to a high performance battery 15 easily in an elevator driven to the closest floor to rescue passengers by feeding power from a battery 10 in case of power outage. <P>SOLUTION: A battery set 18 for replacement is prepared that connects a high performance battery 15 for the replacement with a parallel circuit consisting of a resistance 16 and a diode 17 in series. When replacement is required, an existing battery 10 connected between terminals 11 and 12 is detached and then the battery set 18 for replacement is connected between the terminals 11 and 12. Charging current Ic falls within the range of trickle current of the high performance battery 15 for replacement, with the resistance of the sum of existing charge resistance 9 and an added resistance 16, whereas discharge current obtains large current required for rescue operation via the diode 17, making possible rescue operation to the closest floor surely in case of power outage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
