<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent early abrasion of a location sliding along with rotation of an attachment member, by using urging means with a weak urging force as urging means for rotatively urging the attachment member. <P>SOLUTION: A base end of a force transfer member 81 is rotatably provided on a second support shaft 74 for rotatably connecting an inside link 72 to a main body portion 3. A leading end of the force transfer member 81 is protruded to the outside from a guide hole 3g that is formed in a top plate portion 3b of the main body portion 3. A leading end of the protruding force transfer member 81 is provided with a pressing portion 81b. A retainer portion 83b is provided at an end that is away from the instantaneous center of rotation of the attachment member 4 when the attachment member 4 is located in a position near a closing position.
