<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control apparatus capable of suitably inspecting quality relative to a pin hole amount of a die casting product cast by a PF die casting method, and also to provide a die casting machine. <P>SOLUTION: The quality control apparatus 3 carries out the quality control of the die casting product formed by a nonporous die casting method in which a melt in an injection sleeve 27 is pushed out to a cavity Ca in a state that oxygen is supplied to the cavity Ca and the injection sleeve 27 communicated with the cavity Ca.
