<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology of a navigation device for efficiently collecting information held by a vehicle passenger. <P>SOLUTION: This in-vehicle device includes: a collection request information reception means for receiving collection request information including a date, range information to specify a prescribed geographical range and request information desired by an information collection applicant from an external device; a determination means for determining whether or not a self-device exists in the prescribed geographical range on the date included in the collection request information; and an output means for outputting the request information when it is determined that the self-device exists in the prescribed range by the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
