<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material for accurately shaping a three-dimensional structure, and to provide a three-dimensional shaping apparatus and a three-dimensional shaping method using the powder material. <P>SOLUTION: The powder material: includes particles having a volume average particle size which is larger than 25 μm and less than 150 μm; and has a flow property. In the powder material, the total amount of energy is measured to be 1,460 mJ or more and 1,790 mJ or less.
