<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a non-ringing survey of use situation of a phone number, and accurately determine whether the phone number is valid or invalid without depending on a telecommunications carrier. <P>SOLUTION: Determination means (main control section 11, storage section 10, phone number validity determination section 12) determines whether or not a phone number is valid by determining condition of a present outgoing call by referring to outgoing call response information on the basis of a former outgoing call, and by analyzing outgoing call response information collected on the basis of the determined condition of the present outgoing call, on the basis of outgoing call response information previously patterned for at least one of a telecommunications carrier, a phone number group, and a terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
