A flap-switched showerhead. The showerhead comprises a fixed unit (100), an actuation flap (200), and a switching mechanism (300). The fixed unit (100) is provided with a water inlet (110) and a plurality of water outlets (120) that are in fluid communication with the water inlet (110). The actuation flap (200) is provided with an actuation part (210), a coupling part (220), and a pin joint part (230), the pin joint part (230) being positioned between the actuation part (210) and the coupling part (220). The pin joint (230) joins the fixed unit (100) to the coupling part (220) and the actuation part (210) such that the coupling part (220) is positioned inside the fixed unit (100) and the actuation part (210) is positioned outside the fixed unit (100). The switching mechanism (300) is disposed inside the fixed unit (100) and is translatably connected to the coupling part (220). The advantage of the showerhead is that reliable and convenient switching of the water-outlet can be achieved by simply flipping the actuation flap in one direction or another to drive the movement of the switching mechanism.
