The arrangement has a heat exchanger (5) with a working fluid side and a liquefied natural gas-side. The gas-side forms a sequence appropriate to a capacitor (9) utilized in a right-handed power plant process with an evaporator (4), a turbine (7) and a feed pump (8), appropriate to a pump circuit (2) with another heat exchanger (11) and a circulating pump (10) and to a capacitor of a left-handed refrigeration circuit with a heat pump (3), another evaporator (6), a compressor and a throttling point. Ambient air is formed as a heat source, the pump and the refrigeration circuits.
