PURPOSE: A biodegradable aliphatic polyester-based film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply to normal package and high quality package and to manufacture molded products with superior heat resistance without damaging moldability. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable aliphatic polyester-based film is manufactured by cold-stretching polylactate based polymer resin which has less than 10% of D-lactide and a melting temperature of higher than 135 deg. Celsius in order for vertical elongation to be 1.0-.05 times, for horizontal elongation to be 1.2-3.5 times, and a ratio of horizontal elongation to vertical elongation to be less than 1:2. The biodegradable aliphatic polyester-based film has degree of crystallinity of 35% or greater and average strength(F100 value) in case the film is 100 % extended in longitudinal direction and traverse direction is less than 25 kgf/mm^2 at 25 deg. Celsius and 10 kgf/mm^2 at 80 deg. Celsius. |
