<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solatium or sympathy service easily through a weather-insured article distribution device, a weather-insured article distribution server, and a weather insurance system when it continues to rain, snow, hail, or sleet by a certain amount or more in a predetermined place and a predetermined time zone. <P>SOLUTION: A weather insurance system 10 includes: a plurality of business main terminals 100 which provide article plans for weather-insured travel, weather-insured hotel, weather-insured marriage ceremony, etc.; a reservation server 200 as a weather-insured article distribution device which distributes a reservation site carrying those article plans; a plurality of client terminals 300 which access the reservation server 200 to browse the reservation site; a weather insurance determination server 400 which determines whether the weather insurance solatium or sympathy service is applied; and an insurance company terminal 500 which accesses the weather insurance determination server 400.
