<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow waveguide with high durability preventing damaging even by a bending operation without reducing the transmission efficiency of laser light to be guided, and to provide a laser therapeutic device using the hollow waveguide. <P>SOLUTION: A long and hollow waveguide 1 includes a glass fiber tube 10 with a hollow inside comprising, on the inner surface thereof, a silver thin film 30 formed by a silver mirror reaction, and a dielectric thin film 40 in this order from the diametrical outside as a layer structure, and guides therapeutic laser light 157a.
