摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning method of an optical module, which includes an optical module body incorporating a photoelectric conversion element, a sleeve member for holding an optical connector, and a J sleeve for connecting them, in which, when alignment is performed in order to make the photoelectric conversion element coupled optically with an optical fiber of the optical connector, the J sleeve is prevented from turning in the plane intersecting the optical axis. <P>SOLUTION: When coarse alignment is performed in the alignment work for the direction intersecting the optical axis, a sleeve member is made to slide on a J sleeve so as to draw multiple cyclic tracks T1 to T4 being concentric and different in size from each other, while the drawing direction of the cyclic tracks is switched over at a prescribed timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
