<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device that restores a worm shaft having relatively moved in a direction separating from an output shaft to an original position. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft coupling 40 includes: a first connection member 41 connected to a worm shaft 14; a second connection member 42 connected to an output shaft 11a; and transmission members 43 for connecting the first connection member 41 to the second connection member 42 so as to transmit torque. A plurality of first fitting holes 44 are formed on an outer peripheral surface 41c of the first connection member 41, and a plurality of second fitting holes 45 are formed on an outer peripheral surface 42c of the second connection member 42. Each transmission member 43 includes a first elastic member 46 fitted to the first fitting hole 44, and a second elastic member 47 fitted to the second fitting hole 45, the first elastic member 46 is pressed in the first fitting hole 44, and the second elastic member 47 is pressed in the second fitting hole 45.
