<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining an optimized humanized form of immunoglobulin which is not substantially immunogenic to a human, according to a technique consistently based on structural data derived from crystallographic study and experimentally obtained. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a humanized anti-NGF antibody keeping binding activity to NGF or its fragment. The humanized anti-NGF antibody includes: (c) a VH region having a first CDR containing amino acid sequence GFSLTNNNVNW, a second CDR containing amino acid sequence GVWAGGATDYNSALKS and a third CDR containing amino acid sequence DGGYSSSTLYAMDA; and (d) a VL region having a first CDR containing amino acid sequence RASEDIYNALA, a second CDR containing amino acid sequence HT and a third CDR containing amino acid sequence QHYFHYPRT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
