<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device in which the readout operation of signals recorded on optical disks conforming to different standards can be performed by three laser beams having different wavelengths. <P>SOLUTION: An optical pickup device is structured so that, in such a manner that a first, second, and third laser beams having different wavelengths are made to be condensed on signal recording layers provided on a first, second, and third optical disks conforming to different standards, the readout operation of signals recorded on each of the signal recording layers can be performed. Further, in the optical pickup device, the composition of optical paths is performed by use of a first half mirror 16 and a second half mirror 17, and also the astigmatism generated in the half mirror is corrected by an aberration correcting plate 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
