<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery cell which securely prevents an integrated circuit mounted on the secondary battery cell from being removed from the secondary battery cell and being attached to another secondary battery cell, to provide a battery pack including the secondary battery cells, and to provide an electricity consumption device including the battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery cell 20 of this invention includes an integrated circuit 50 (IC chip) storing identification information, and the integrated circuit 50 is driven by electric power from the secondary battery cell. The battery pack of this invention has multiple secondary battery cells, each of which includes the integrated circuit 50 (IC chip) storing the identification information, and each integrated circuit is driven by electric power from the secondary battery cell.
