<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device having a heating unit that has a rotor and a pressure roller that is supported to a frame of the fixing device to be rotatable, which, when contact means having a conductive part is made to approach the rotor for the purpose of power feeding, is capable of preventing the position of the heating unit from changing due to hardness variation of the pressure roller, thus preventing the relative positional relation between the conductive part and the rotor from changing, if the contact means is fixed to the frame of the fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: A position of contact means is fixed by making at least a part of the contact means contact with a part of a heating unit except for a rotor, so that the contact means moves with the heating unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
