<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening and closing mechanism for a hydraulic pump motor which can prevent a wasteful flow-out loss to a hydraulic release circuit of a high pressure working fluid. <P>SOLUTION: In this hydraulic circuit switch valve mechanism 1 which alternately switches conductivity destinations of a plunger oil chamber circuit 2 which generates the torque conversion hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pump or a hydraulic motor to a hydraulic supply circuit 3 and the hydraulic release circuit 4 according to a rotation angle phase of a pump rotating shaft 13 or a motor rotating shaft, the hydraulic circuit switch valve mechanism comprises: a poppet valve 5 which carries out the control of conductivity with the hydraulic supply circuit 3; a poppet valve 6 which carries out the control of conductivity with the hydraulic release circuit 4; closed valve thrust imparting means 7, 7 which always impart thrust in the valve closing direction to both poppet valves 5, 6 in advance; and a linkage link member 8 which is bridged between both poppets 5, 6 so as to be oscillatory, and in which the rotation angle phase is decided from relative display amounts of moving position phases in opening and closing directions of both poppets 5, 6; and a reciprocation angle displacement mechanism 9 which imparts reciprocation angle displacement motion corresponding to the rotation angle phase of the pump rotating shaft 13 or the motor rotating shaft to the linkage link member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
