The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film including: a base film; a conductive adhesive layer; and an insulating adhesive layer, which are sequentially stacked. The conductive adhesive layer has a higher melt viscosity than the insulating adhesive layer. Accordingly, a certain number of effective conductive particles connected to a circuit terminal is maintained, and a release film can be efficiently removed in a preliminary compressing process.
