GREEN LASER DEVICE

A green laser device includes an LD pumping light source (101) emitting pumping light, a laser crystal (102) transferring the pumping light into fundamental frequency light, and a frequency doubling crystal (103) transferring the fundamental frequency light into green light of double frequency. The output face of the laser crystal (102) is coated with a partially reflecting film for the pumping light to reflect the pumping light which is not transferred back into the laser crystal (102) again. By means of coating a partially reflecting film for the pumping light on the output face of the laser crystal (102), the absorption efficiency of the laser crystal (102) for the pumping light can be improved in the case that the laser crystal (102) has lower impurity doping concentration. In addition, by means of coating a high reflecting film for the double frequency light on the output face of the laser crystal (102), the double frequency light cannot get into the laser crystal (102), so as to improve the stability of the laser crystal (102).
