PURPOSE: An air quantity measurement system of a bi-fuel vehicle is provided to be operated using the measured quantity of suction air without sensor input because the quantity of the suction air is calculated based on a fuel injection time. CONSTITUTION: An air quantity measurement system of a bi-fuel vehicle comprises a main control unit and a sub control unit. The main control unit outputs one or more designated parameters based on a fuel injection time through monitoring the engine of the bi-fuel vehicle. The sub control unit calculates the quantity of suction air based on the parameters corresponding to the conversion state of a specific fuel mode.
