<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated core capable of preventing the opening of fitting portions due to centrifugal force, even if the laminated core is manufactured by coupling divided core pieces in a circumferential direction through the fitting portions and caulk-laminating them in a thickness direction; and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of arc-shaped divided core pieces 13 and 17 respectively formed with recessed portions 11 and 15, and projecting portions 12 and 16 at both end portions in a circumferential direction are coupled in the circumferential direction, through fitting portions 27 and 27a engaging the recessed portions 11 and 15 and the projecting portions 12 and 16 of the adjacent divided core pieces 13 and 17. The coupled divided core pieces 13 and 17 are further laminated in a thickness direction through caulking portions 25, 25a, 26, and 26a, thereby forming an annular laminated core 10. Trough-holes 37 and 38 are formed over contour lines 32 and 34 respectively forming the recessed portions 11 and 15 and the projecting portions 12 and 16 which are fitted with each other. Fixing members 39, 40, 61, and 62 are fitted in the through-holes 37 and 38, thereby preventing the opening in a circumferential direction of the recessed portions 11 and 15 and the projecting portions 12 and 16 which are fitted with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
