PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device, an input system and its program that enable proper detection of both input by an electronic pen and input by a touch panel.

SOLUTION: A computer device includes a display device formed by laminating a touch panel and a coded pattern layer with a coded pattern readable by an electronic pen formed thereon, and processing means for performing input processing on the touch panel. The processing means does not perform the input processing on the touch panel while receiving information on the coded pattern from the electronic pen.
